1. When are you open?

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 9pm
Friday: 9am - 9:30pm
Saturday: 4pm - 9:30pm
Sunday: 4pm - 8:30pm
Individual restaurant hours may vary.

2. How long will delivery take?

The average delivery time is between 40 to 55 minutes. Delivery times quoted are estimated, not guaranteed. They vary based on traffic, the restaurant's ability to prepare food and weather conditions. 24-hour notice is recommended for large group orders and drop-off catering. We provide same-day catering from a few select restaurant partners.

3. How much does it cost?

We deliver throughout the Washington Metropolitan area, including Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.  We charge a $9.99 lunch delivery fee and delivery fees start at $2.99 for dinner up to 3 miles from the restaurant and then increase based on distance. There is a $50 minimum food order per restaurant for breakfast, and no minimum orders for lunch and dinner. We also charge a 3.85% service fee to cover overhead costs. Some restaurants carry an individual service fee.

4. Should I tip the driver?

Gratuity is not included and is greatly appreciated by your delivery professional. Our drivers are independent contractors.

5. How can I pay?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

6. Do you offer discounts and specials?

Absolutely. Simply sign-up for our Email Club, visit our Facebook page, Twitter Feed or Instagram. Additionally if you leave us a review on Yelp, we will send you a coupon code.
