1. When are you open?
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 9pm
Friday: 9am - 9:30pm
Saturday: 4pm - 9:30pm
Sunday: 4pm - 8:30pm

2. How long will delivery take?
The average delivery time is between 45 to 60 minutes. Delivery times quoted are estimated, not guaranteed. They vary based on traffic, the restaurant's ability to prepare food and weather conditions. 24-hour notice is recommended for large group orders and drop-off catering. We provide same-day catering from a few select restaurant partners.
3. How much does it cost?
Our delivery fees start at $4.99 for lunch and dinner when placing online orders. Delivery fees increase based on the distance from the restaurant. For your convenience, our call center is available to place orders between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday by calling us at 240-558-3506.
4. What restaurants can I order from?
We deliver from partner restaurants and non-partner restaurants. Non-partner restaurants are not affiliated with FoodieCab.com. They have been added to our website based on our loyal customers' requests. Prices for delivery may be higher than the physical address for each restaurant.

5. Should I tip the driver?
Gratuity is not included and is greatly appreciated by your delivery professional. We suggest a 15% gratuity for their efforts. Our drivers are independent contractors.
6. What is your delivery area?
We deliver to the following areas for individual or on-demand orders: Bethesda, Rockville, Potomac, Silver Spring, Gaithersburg & Germantown. For catering orders, we deliver to the entire DMV area.
7. How can I pay?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
